To be very serious here (and we know that is hard for me!). I know what AlliGrace is talking about. I too, was a customer of Carol's. I remember looking online for waterproof cosmetics when I came across Carol's site. I was so excited to learn that she lived right by me! So, right away, I called her and I would say w/in a day or so, she was at my house w/her full array of awesome products! The customer services was the best I ever encountered! There was NO pressure, NO crazy sales tactics(don't need them w/these products!), just straight honest information. We ended up having a good time as well, and of course, I talked to her about becoming a distributer. At that time, I decided to stay as a customer, again, no pressure. I do believe it was the "customer service" that kept me coming back. Well, some time has gone by and I have gotten to know Dawn (a sweetheart!) as well, I have learned so much about SeneGence and not just about the great products, but the business side of it. So, I am happy to say that I am a distributor now too!! (I am not going to change my mind girls, I can hear your thoughts! ha,ha!) The one thing that I am going to keep in mind when working with clients, is CUSTOMER SERVICE and doing whatever it takes to make them happy. The colors are PERFECT for me, though the Diamond Eternity Flame is a bit more intense on its own than I expected. Of course, once I applied the Pink Champagne over it, it was smashing! The Assher Apple is beyond fabulous (my fave of the 4 colors I ordered, I think), and it lasted flawlessly through lunch, dinner, assorted beverages throughout the course of the day, two rounds of teeth cleaning with the SoniCare (on max setting!), and countless kisses from my husband and my dog. Oh - and at least two dozen (really firm! LOL) kisses to the back of my own hand as I attempted to demonstrate to various friends that 'it really, and I mean REALLY does do what they claim!!!'. I also find the Glossy Gloss quite hydrating, and I adore that it isn't all super-sticky. I'm going to wait the full two weeks (as you advised) before posting a review on my sites or in my forum, but unless my lips fall off or I get a ginormous lip zit (ew!) or something, then I plan to recommend the heck out of these lip products... and you!
