1. Can you visibly see a blue or yellow undertone in your skin?

If your answer is Yellow! You are Yellow based. Do you have a rosey or pink look or an obvious blue? Then you are most likely Blue based . It is important that you know that most people are cool toned.

2. What is your hair color? Is it your natural color? Do you have highlights? If so, are they golden or platinum?

The very obvious warm tones such as golden red hair or golden blond or any brown hair with golden highlights will be yellow toned. Most obvious blue tones would be Platinum blond hair or highlights, gray and brunettes with clarity in color.

3. What is your eye color? Blue? Green? Brown? Hazel? Gray? Black?

There is an exception to most rules and this is in no way an exact science. The interesting aspect is that some women are quite fortunate to be neutral toned. These lucky women have the ability to mix it up with both warm and cools tones and in the end being equally complimented by both.

Over the past few years, SeneGence® has received various inquiries about the possibility of lead in our products. Consumers of SeneGence products may feel entirely comfortable wearing all of our beautiful LipSense colors knowing that they do not contain lead and our products are not ingested by the wearer, unlike other wax-based lip products. SeneGence products do not contain, nor have they ever contained any amount of lead.

These inquiries seem to stem from an internet rumor which began around 2003, concerning the false allegation concerning lead in various lipstick brands. Although LipSense (to our knowledge) was never mentioned in the internet rumor, the inquiry to us on the subject nevertheless began about that same time. If you hear this rumor, or receive questions or concerns on the subject of whether LipSense of any SeneGence product contains lead as an ingredient, please assure your customers categorically that it does not , nor has it ever, contained lead.”

What a marvelous frame for the Face & Eyes.
I found it very disturbing when it became a cosmetic trend to wax, pluck those brows away to a very small, thin, almost invisible brow line.
What were we thinking?
Beautiful…Full…well shaped eyebrows can make an ordinary face become extraordinary.
No ordinary face to begin with on Sienna Miller although I think the eyebrows are a bit too BOLD!

Many women use nothing more than Mascara on there eyes because they are confused on How to address there Eyes when it comes to Cosmetics

If you are still continuing to put a wax based product on your LIPS. Your greatest concern should be the MOUNDS of wax that you will ingest over your life span. Nothing good comes from eating wax. It is an interesting thing when I receive a call from a woman asking me if I have lead in the product? The answer in “NO” with what I am currently applying to my Lips. The caller on the phone is telling me that she uses YSL lipstick.

Wax & Lead!

Interesting enough, My Grandmother was a victim of a nasty problem caused by HAIRSPRAY back in the 50′s. She was involved in a very long lawsuit connected to many hospital stays due to her illness associated with HairSpray. These days, in our most modern world these types of problems related to health & beauty items do not make it past the FDA stringent guidelines. Lead can cause major health problems, although generally not in the smallest form with Lipstick.

When I receive emails that are crazy, I turn to “Snopes”. They will always bust the Urban legends that float about the internet on a daily basis.

There is not yet, ONE single case of any woman contracting lead poisoning from Lipstick. Not to mention that when it relates to cancer that is not one of the adverse effects caused by excessive exposure to lead.

This information only relates to products legally in the US. I would not recommend purchasing products that are produced outside of the US. You would assume a risk unless you are willing to do a your homework with an ingredient list in your hand.
